The Texas Chapter of the FBINAA believes strongly in developing young persons. The Chapter sponsors two programs to further this aim.

The Youth Leadership Program is a program for qualified high school sophomores and juniors. It is designed to enhance a young person's knowledge of American Government, leadership, criminal justice (including leadership function), criminal law, and the structure and operation of our criminal courts.

The Texas Chapter also grants four (4) $500 annual scholarships, and one (1) $1000 Al Wagner Memorial Scholarship, to selected college students. A selection matrix administered by the area representatives from the Texas Chapter guides the award of these scholarships.
