EXCELLENCE
AWARD NOMINATIONS
The
hard work the members of this organization have performed this past year
has tremendously contributed to the realization of objectives and
accomplishments for the FBI National Academy Associates of Texas, Inc.
In an effort to recognize the excellent performance of individual
members, the Excellence Award is presented annually to deserving members.
Excellence
Award:
Any member of the FBI National Academy Associates of Texas, Inc.
who has dedicated time and talent to the promotion of our state chapter.
To
insure fairness and impartiality, the following procedure is established:
1.
Any member may nominate a fellow member for the Excellence Award.
2.
To make a nomination, the member shall submit this form (or write a
letter) to the Executive Director by no later than May 15th, listing the
nominated member and citing reasons for the nomination.
3.
The selection will be made by the Executive Board on the basis of
the following factors:
* Contributions to the organization through outstanding performance, or volunteer efforts;
* Outstanding public or community service and favorable recognition brought to the organization;
* Suggestions or actions to
increase productivity and performance.
Each
member is encouraged to take a few moments to recognize your peers and
demonstrate your appreciation for a fellow member. Please use the
