Welcome to the Texas Chapter of the FBI National Academy Associates. This site is intended to keep all Chapter members updated on the latest training, events, and opportunities available to them. Check back often to see the latest information.
Any member wishing to contribute photos, stories, or any other assistance is welcome to contact the webmaster or your chapter representative. This site is intended for the use of the Texas chapter members, make it your own.
44th Annual FBINAA National Training Conference
Make plans to attend the 44th Annual FBINAA National Training Conference July 26-30, 2008, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. For more information, visit the official conference website. There is no Texas conference this year. However, make plans to attend the 2009 Texas FBINAA Training Conference June 17-21, 2009, in Beaumont. As information becomes available about the 2009 conference, it will be posted on this website. For questions and/or information for vendors/sponsorships, please contact Lt. Jim Clay.
Updating Your Information
It is important that both the Texas Chapter and the National Office have the most current information on members. If there is a change in a member's department, status from active to retired, rank, mailing address or death, a Change Request Form should be filled out. For your convenience there is a printed change request form and an electronic change request form on this site.
2008 Dues Notice
You should have received a letter from National explaining the "convenience benefit" of online membership renewal and dues payment to members through the FBINAA website. This online option is available to all current members who choose to pay their dues with a credit card versus a personal check. Online is only another option. Renewal and dues payment can still be paid directly through our Texas chapter exactly as it has been in the past utilizing the membership application. The National Office will send out a permanent membership card with your individually assigned number upon payment. You will need your assigned number to gain access to the "Members Only" portion of the FBINAA website. The FBI National Academy Directory will no longer be published, but will be posted on the website.
National News
Agencies are encouraged to register with the FBI Virtual Academy.
The FBI Virtual Academy is the portal to all FBI training opportunities
offered to its external partners. FBI Virtual Academy registration is open
to all personnel serving in any agency within the criminal justice or
intelligence community - including state, local, tribal, and international
law enforcement, forensic laboratories, and public safety organizations,
